shipping

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand using DHL Express.

Shipping is free for orders over $250.

Orders less than $250 are charged at a flat rate of $14.85 per order.

delivery times

Orders received before 5am AEST will usually be dispatched that day if it is a working day.

If you live in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you can usually expect delivery in 2-3 working days.

Other parts of Australia can typically expect delivery within 3-10 days depending on where you live.

Areas within Australia that are not serviced by DHL Express are delivered by Australia Post or another local delivery partner.

picking up orders

Unfortunately, it is not possible for orders to be picked up.

returns

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please return it to us in its original condition, unopened within 30 days of receipt. You will need to contact us to organise the return. We will then either replace the product or refund you the purchase price using the original payment method.
