Light Friday Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The Light Friday promotion begins at 00:01 AEST on Friday 21 November and ends at 23:59 AEST on Monday 1 December. Orders must be placed within this period to qualify for the discount offer or the $5,000 store credit giveaway.
2. 15% Discount Offer
a. Customers will receive 15% off their order when they spend $500 or more in a single transaction during the promotion period.
b. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
c. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, or offers.
3. $5,000 Store Credit Giveaway (Orders Over $750)
a. Every order of $750 or more (after discounts) placed during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the draw.
b. One winner will be selected at random.
c. The prize is $5,000 in Flower of Life store credit.
d. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
e. Store credit cannot be transferred, gifted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
f. Customers may enter multiple times by placing multiple qualifying orders.
g. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will be disqualified.
4. Flower of Life Healing Together Fund (No Purchase Required)
a. The Healing Together Fund is open to all members of the public. No purchase is necessary to enter.
b. Entrants may submit an entry of up to 100 words explaining why receiving additional support would make a difference to them.
c. Entries must be submitted via email to [email protected] during the promotion period.
d. Three winners will be selected.
e. Winners will each receive $2000 in Flower of Life store credit.
f. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
g. All entries will remain confidential. Entrants should only provide information they feel comfortable sharing.
h. A small panel of Flower of Life community members will review entries and select winners based on need and impact.
i. The panel’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Eligibility
a. Entrants in both giveaways must be residents of Australia or New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.
b. Employees of Flower of Life or their immediate families are not eligible to win prizes.
c. Wholesale orders are not eligible for the $5,000 giveaway.
6. Store Credit Conditions
a. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
b. Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
c. Store credit cannot be used to meet minimum spend thresholds for any future promotions.
d. Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the winning customer.
7. Winner Notification
a. Winners for both giveaways will be contacted via email within 14 days of the end of the promotion period.
b. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Flower of Life may select an alternative winner.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected for these promotions will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaways, contacting winners, and issuing store credit. All information will be handled in accordance with the Flower of Life Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
a. Flower of Life reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
b. Flower of Life reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and participants.
c. Participation in either giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
